Activities

New Direction offers a variety of fun activities that are included in your child’s tuition. Activities can consist of things such as morning devotion, Stretch N Grow exercises, and singing. Children can also connect with nature through trips to local Richmond parks and gardens. We provide transportation for all off-site activities.
Our students also have fun helping in our vegetable garden to connect with nature. They can participate in planting, caring for, and harvesting the produce. Our gardening program teaches patience and helps build a healthy eating foundation. Our students also enjoy sharing their bounty harvest by bringing what they have grown home to their families.
